"The Fall of King Lear" is an experimental play edited from William Shakespeare's "King Lear". The original play has two plots, one focusing on the family of King Lear and the other focusing on the family of the Earl of Gloucester, the play staged by PEPAC mainly focuses on the life and tragical death of King Lear. The play was staged at Madurai Kamaraj University on December 20 & 21, 2021, being the first-ever English play staged in 57 years of its history.
